1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BookedOnAuto ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BookedOnAuto provides an AI-powered receptionist service that answers phone calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments on behalf of your business. The Service includes call handling, calendar integration, SMS notifications, and related features.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment and Billing
Fees for the Service are billed monthly based on your selected plan. Setup fees are charged at onboarding and are non-refundable. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
5. Free Trial
New customers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. The trial requires payment of the setup fee. If you cancel within the trial period, you will not be charged the first monthly fee. Setup fees are not refunded.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or disruptive content, or to attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
BookedOnAuto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed calls, booking errors, or any indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
